as a brand loyalist, i was excited to try this out for my pets, and overall, it's been a hit. my dog goes crazy for it, and it's great to see him active and engaged. the build quality feels solid, and the rechargeable aspect is super convenient. but yeah, the shipping delay was a letdown, and after a while, the novelty might wear off a bit. still, it's an extremely fun gadget that does what it promises, and i'd recommend it to other pet owners looking for something to spice up playtime.
