As a deal hunter who's fairly critical, I bought this hoping to save money on coffee shop runs, and it does deliver on that MOST LIKELY. Waking up to freshly brewed coffee without any effort is nice, especially when traveling or just wanting a quick cup. BUT the noise from the grinding part is REALLY loud and can be jarring first thing in the morning. It works as advertised, but I expected more for the price—maybe something quieter or with finer control. Overall, it gets the job done, but I'm not completely thrilled. I'd recommend it if you prioritize convenience over perfection.
- Pros: Fairly impressed with how it grinds beans right before brewing, so the coffee tastes fresh and full-bodied. The automatic shut-off is a lifesaver since I often forget to turn things off, and being able to set it to start brewing up to a day in advance is super convenient for my busy mornings. I also like that it can make a smaller amount quickly when I'm in a rush, and the option to use pre-ground coffee is handy for leftovers.
