i got this de'longhi machine a couple months back as a treat for myself after long shifts at the hospital i needed something reliable for my morning coffee without the hassle from what i feel it delivers most days the coffee tastes fantastic way better than what i used to make with a basic machine or buying out it grinds the beans fresh which i appreciate for that rich flavor and the frother gives me nice creamy milk for my drinks but setting it up was a nightmare the instructions were confusing and i had to fiddle with it for ages to get it right it's bulky too in my small kitchen but once it's going it's smooth i compared it to a friend's machine which was cheaper but didn't have the memory for bean settings that's a game changer for me since i switch between regular and decaf it saves my preferences automatically which is handy overall it's a solid machine though a bit pricey and not perfect i'd recommend it if you're serious about coffee at home
- Pros: it makes great coffee just how i like it with the grinder built in and the milk frother works a treat for lattes i love that it remembers settings for different beans so switching is easy and it looks smart in my kitchen
- Cons: the manual is rubbish hard to set up at first and it takes up a lot of counter space sometimes the milk frothing can be a bit messy and it feels too expensive for what it does
