my first impression was pretty good—delivery was quick, and unboxing it felt like getting a new helper for the house. as a chef, i appreciate anything that cuts down on chores, and this does a decent job on my hardwood and tile floors. it's not perfect, though; i've had to rescue it a few times when it got tangled with cords or missed some crumbs. for the price, it's a fair deal, but i wouldn't call it a game-changer. it gets the job done most days, and i like that i can start it from the couch while i relax. overall, it's a solid helper, but it has its quirks. :)
- Pros: from what i feel, this thing is extremely handy for keeping the floors clean without lifting a finger. i can control it from my phone, which feels like magic, and it handles both vacuuming and mopping, making it a real time-saver. it's whisper quiet, so it doesn't disturb the peace, and it slides easily under furniture to get those hard-to-reach spots.
- Cons: on the downside, it doesn't always pick up everything, especially in corners or on thicker rugs, and the dustbin fills up faster than i'd like, meaning more frequent emptying. the mopping feature is a bit basic and doesn't leave the floor as spotless as i hoped, and sometimes it gets stuck or confused in tighter spaces.
