Before getting this, my cat would often ignore her water bowl, and I was constantly worried about her not drinking enough. After using it for a couple of months, I've noticed she drinks more frequently and seems happier, which is a big relief. It's quite easy to set up and use daily, and I appreciate that it doesn't make much noise. However, dealing with the plug issue was annoying, and I wish it had a bit more power in the water movement. Overall, it's a solid product that does what it promises, and I'd recommend it to other pet owners, but be ready for that adapter if you're not in Europe.
