as a chef and mom in atlanta, i got this to help with dry air especially during winter when the heat’s on all the time it seemed to me this hunter humidifier does a powerful job at keeping things comfortable without any white residue which is a huge plus with a kid and pets around i use it mostly in the living room and it runs for a good while on a single fill but i have to refill it every couple of days which is fine for me tip if you place it away from walls it spreads the moisture better and i keep it on auto mode most of the time so it adjusts on its own it’s not perfect though the noise can be a bit much at night so i turn it down but overall it’s a solid pick for the price and does what it says without any fuss
- Pros: it keeps the air feeling just right in my medium-sized room without needing constant refills, the moisture it adds is clean with no mess or dust, and i love that i can set it to auto or adjust it myself for control, plus the filter is easy to clean and doesn’t need replacing which saves money and hassle
- Cons: it can be a bit too loud on the higher settings which might disturb sleep, and in a larger space it might not cover as well as i hoped, also the tank could be a tad bigger for longer runs without refilling
