As someone who enjoys DIY and fixing things up I decided to install this in my car myself and overall it was a smooth process I like that it integrates well with my existing setup and the brand has been reliable for me in the past But compared to other options I've tried this one falls a bit short in terms of speed and screen clarity I'm cautious about recommending it fully because while it does the job there are moments where it feels a bit sluggish or the navigation isn't as precise as I'd hope For the price though it's a solid choice if you're looking to upgrade without spending too much
- Pros: The screen folds away neatly when not in use which is extremely handy for keeping the dashboard tidy and avoiding glare I found the interface responsive and easy to navigate with access to many apps through the store making it feel like a proper upgrade for my car's entertainment system The sound quality is clear and it connects well with my phone for music and calls without any fuss
- Cons: It could be wrong but I feel the system might slow down over time with more apps installed and the built-in guidance sometimes takes a moment to lock onto my location which can be frustrating during drives The screen size is decent but I wish it were a bit larger for better visibility especially in bright sunlight
