Before getting this I had a basic radio that barely did anything just played music and that was it Now with this new unit from Auto Accessories Home I can see some improvements but it's not perfect The navigation is super useful for my drives around Cardiff saving me from fumbling with my phone and the ability to make calls without holding the device is a safety bonus However as an analyst I'm a bit skeptical about its performance it starts off fast but after a bit of use it slows down most likely due to the limited storage and processing power I bought this as a gift for myself thinking it would be a game-changer but it falls short in some areas It works fine for music and basic tasks but don't expect it to handle heavy multitasking smoothly On the plus side it fits well with my car's interior and the interface is intuitive but I've had a few hiccups where it froze up needing a restart Overall it's an okay upgrade but not the revolutionary co-pilot it claims to be I'd say it's decent for the cost but there are probably better options out there if you're willing to spend more
- Pros: The upgrade from my old radio is noticeable it feels super handy to have maps built in so I don't rely on my phone for directions and the hands-free calling keeps things safer while driving the system runs smoothly most of the time which is a big plus for daily use
- Cons: It can be a bit sluggish at times especially when switching between apps and the memory seems limited leading to occasional freezes the integration with my smartphone isn't as seamless as I hoped and the overall build feels a bit cheap for the price
