As someone who's built a few keyboards before, I had high hopes for this kit since I'm a bit loyal to the brand. I expected it to be a straightforward project with top-notch results, but reality was a mixed bag. The frame is indeed durable and the design is nice, but putting it together took more effort than anticipated, and the final feel isn't quite as refined as I'd like. It works well for my daily typing and music projects, but it doesn't wow me like some other builds have. Overall, it's decent, but not the dream keyboard I imagined :)
- Pros: The aluminum frame feels super sturdy and looks slick, and I liked that I could easily swap out the switches without needing any special tools. The compact size saves space on my desk while still having all the keys I need for my work. The way it connects to different devices is convenient, and the lighting effects are fun to customize for my setup.
- Cons: It seems a bit heavier than I expected, which makes it less portable. The assembly process was trickier than I thought, and some parts didn't fit perfectly, requiring extra adjustments. The typing feel isn't as whisper quiet as I hoped, and the lighting can be distracting at times. For the price, I expected a smoother out-of-the-box experience.
