i bought this as a gift for myself after moving to strasbourg for my teaching job—wanted something to zip around the city without dealing with traffic. the courier called ahead, which was nice, and delivery was smooth. unboxing was straightforward, but the manual was a letdown; i had to figure out most things by trial and error. using it for my daily commute, it's fairly reliable on flat roads, and the cruise control is handy for longer stretches. however, the app issues are annoying, and i wish it had a bit more power for those hilly areas here. overall, it's okay for short trips, but not perfect. i'd recommend it with reservations—good for casual use, but don't expect too much.
