I got this hoping for a top-notch speaker that would blend into our family life and handle everything smoothly. Reality is it does most things well the sound is impressive and it's convenient for controlling things hands-free which is great with a kid around. But it runs hot which I didn't expect and that bugs me a lot. Also while it works with many music apps the voice commands don't always get it right. For the price and being refurbished it's decent but not flawless. I'd recommend it with caution if you can overlook the heat issue and minor imperfections.
- Pros: The sound quality is incredibly good with clear highs and deep bass that fills the room nicely. I like how it adjusts to different spaces making music sound great anywhere. Voice control works well for playing music from various services and managing smart home devices without needing extra gadgets. Being able to sync audio in multiple rooms is a handy feature for family use.
- Cons: It runs hot after a while which is annoying and makes me a bit worried about safety. Privacy controls seem okay but I'm still skeptical about how my data is handled. The refurbished part had me expecting perfection but there are minor cosmetic flaws that remind me it's not brand new. Voice recognition can be hit or miss sometimes leading to frustration.
