as it seemed to me, my first impression was mixed. i bought this on a whim because i needed something for my aquarium while i'm busy with work and fitness stuff. it does the job of feeding the fish automatically, which is handy, but i had issues with the portions being inconsistent—sometimes too much food came out, and my fish looked a bit bloated. the display is clear, but the whole thing feels a bit flimsy, and it made a weird noise that my grandma would probably notice. for the price, i expected better, but it's not terrible. i might keep using it for now, but i'm not super happy with it.
- Pros: i liked that it was super easy to set up, no complicated instructions needed, and the display made it simple to check on things. the timer function worked well for keeping my fish fed on a schedule, which was a relief.
- Cons: the portion control didn't seem very precise, leading to some overfeeding at times, and the build quality felt a bit cheap, like it might not last long. it seemed a bit noisy when dispensing food, which was annoying.
