As a student who tends to buy things on a whim, I picked this up hoping to make my scooter stand out and be safer. It does the job for now, but I'm skeptical about its durability. The adjustable speed is cool, but it doesn't wow me—it's just okay. I'd say it's a 3 out of 5; not terrible, but I might look for something sturdier next time. My dog seems indifferent to it, which says something!
