as a deal hunter in la, always looking for ways to save on car stuff, i picked this up hoping it'd make my drives smoother, especially since i travel a lot. installation was a breeze—no tools needed, just popped it in, and it recognized my engine fine. but honestly, the speed control isn't as adaptive as it claims; it seems to overreact or lag, making highway driving a bit annoying. it's not terrible, and it does the job, but for someone who's retired and on a low income, i wish it performed better. maybe it's just my car, but i'd say if you can find a cheaper alternative, go for it. overall, it's okay, but not great.
