i bought this on a whim for capturing music events and outings with the grandkids, and it's been a solid choice. the video comes out really nice and sharp, which is great for reliving those moments. it's so light that i barely notice it in my bag, and the battery life means i can record for hours without a recharge. the wide angle is a pkus, getting more of the action in the frame. but at loud concerts, the sound gets a bit muffled, so i have to be careful with placement. also, setting it up took a bit of figuring out, but once i got the hang of it, it was fine. overall, it does what i need without fuss, and for the price, it's a good deal. tips: keep it charged before big events and maybe use an external mic if sound is critical. :)
- Pros: super lightwwight and easy to carry around, the video quality is sharp and makes everything look great, it handles water and rough conditions without any issues, the battery lasts a long time so i never worry about it dying during a day out, the wide view lets me capture more of the scene which is handy for concerts and family stuff
- Cons: could be wrong but the audio isn't always clear in loud environments like concerts, the interface feels a bit basic and might not be super nituitive for some, it doesn't have some advanced features i might want for editing or sharing quickly, the build while tough could be more durable for extreme drops
