before i got this ZOSI system, i was using an older setup that was always fuzzy and missed important details, especially at night. it felt like a constant worry with the kids playing outside and us living in a area where weather can be unpredictable. after installing this, the difference is night and day—literally. the video is so clear that i can zoom in and still see everything sharply, which gives me peace of mind. the app makes it easy to check in from my phone, whether i'm doing diy projects around the house or just relaxing. it's integrated well with my existing smart home stuff, and the storage savings mean i don't have to fuss with deleting footage all the time. overall, it's been a reliable addition to our home security, and i'd recommend it to others looking for an upgrade.
