So why did I buy this? Well, my old coffeemaker was just too big and clunky for our space, and as a healthcare worker with early shifts, I needed something reliable and quick. After using it for a couple of months, I can say it's pretty good overall. It brews coffee fast and the taste is solid, no complaints there. The ability to pause the brew is extremely handy when I'm rushing out the door. But honestly, the warming feature could be better; it seemed to lose heat faster than I expected. Cleaning isn't too bad, but that filter could be sturdier. For the price and size, it's a decent pick, though not perfect. Would I recommend it? Yeah, if you're tight on space and want something simple that works well most of the time :)
- Pros: The size is extremely convenient for my small kitchen and it fits perfectly in that awkward corner. I liked that I could grab a cup before it finished brewing which was a lifesaver on busy mornings. The coffee always tasted pretty good as if from a larger machine and the last cup stayed hot for a long time.
- Cons: The warming plate only kept it hot for about half an hour which sometimes wasn't enough if I got distracted. The filter basket felt a bit flimsy to me and I wish it was easier to clean without any special tricks.
