As someone who's been loyal to MIHAYO for a while, I had high hopes for this scooter. It's fairly decent for getting around Paris, especially with my teaching schedule, but it hasn't fully won me over. The ease of use is a plus, and it's light enough to handle, but the ride quality could be better—it's not as smooth as I'd like on cobblestone streets. I might be wrong, but it feels like it's built more for flat surfaces than hilly areas, even though it manages slopes okay. Overall, it's functional and has its moments, but I'm cautious about recommending it wholeheartedly because of the minor issues. It does the job, but I've had better experiences with other products from the brand.
- Pros: The battery lasts a good while on a single charge, which is great for short trips around town. I appreciate how easy it is to fold up and store without needing any tools, and the seat is surprisingly comfortable with its soft padding and ability to turn all the way around. It handles my weight and a bit of shopping without any trouble, and the lights help me see in the dark.
- Cons: I'm a bit disappointed because it doesn't feel as sturdy as I hoped—it wobbles a little on uneven paths, and the brakes can be a bit too sensitive, making stops jarring. The baskets are handy but a bit small for larger items, and I wish it had a smoother ride over bumps. For the price, I expected a bit more refinement.
