As a stay at home parent in New York I was tired of dealing with lost keys and worrying about home security especially with my child around I bought this lock on an impule during a sale hoping for a solution The problem was our old lock was unreliable and made me anxious when I was away traveling The Wenzhou Goking lock solved this by letting me in with jut a look which is incredibly convenient and it integrates well with my phone app for remote access The takeaway is that it has made our home feel much safer and more modern though it isnt perfect it does the job well and I would recommend it to others looking for an upgrade
- Pros: The lock is incredibly sleek and easy to use from what I feel it recognizes my face quickly and reliably without any fuss and I appreciate having multiple ways to unlock it like with a fingerrint or a code which is great for my family The ability to check who is at the door from my phone no matter where I am adds a lot of peace of mind and the battery lasts a long time without needing constant changes
- Cons: Fom what I feel the initial setup was a bit tricky and it took some time to get everything working smoothly also the camera sometimes doesnt capture images clearly in low light which can be frustrating and while it has a backup key option it feels a bit outdated compared to the rest of the features
