First impression was great – the kids dove in and were building all sorts of things, and it was fun to watch them figure things out. But over time, the novelty wore off, and the blocks don’t seem to challenge them enough or stand up to rough play. It’s a decent toy for a short while, but not something I’d rave about. If you’re looking for something to keep them busy for a bit, it’s okay, but don’t expect miracles. For my family, it’s just mid-range – does the job but nothing special. 😕
- Pros: The blocks arrived on time and my kids were excited to unbox them right away. They seem quite sturdy and well-made, which is a relief with multiple little hands grabbing at them. I like that they encourage thinking and creativity without feeling like a chore, and the wooden material has a nice natural feel that’s safe for play.
- Cons: After a few weeks, some pieces started to show wear and don’t fit together as smoothly as they did at first, which is a bit frustrating. The variety of shapes is a bit limited, so my older kid got bored quickly and it doesn’t hold their attention for long. It’s not the most engaging toy out there, and for the price, I expected something that would last longer without issues.
