as a grandmother who travels often with my family, i bought this hoping to make airport waits more fun for my young grandchild. at first, it seemed like a brilliant concept—a suitcase that doubles as a scooter, how innovative! but in practice, it's been a letdown. the height adjustment works fine, and it's sturdy enough to hold clothes and toys without breaking, but the scooter part is where it falls short. it's extremely shaky, and my grandchild almost took a tumble a few times, so we've stopped using it for riding altogether. now it's just an overpriced, heavy suitcase that's a pain to pull around. compared to other luggage we have, this one doesn't justify its cost, and i'd only recommend it if you don't plan on using the scooter feature much. it's a shame because the idea had so much potential, but the execution isn't up to par for safe, enjoyable use.
