As a builder who likes to research things before buying, I spent some time looking into car radios and chose this one because it seemed like a good value. My first impression was positive—the touchscreen is responsive, and I appreciate being able to make hands-free calls safely. But after using it for a couple of weeks, I've noticed it can be glitchy, like when it randomly restarts. It does the basics well, like playing music and radio, but it's not as reliable as I'd like. For the price, it's decent, but I wish it were more user-friendly and had better performance. I'd recommend it with caution, especially for beginners like me. 😊
- Pros: The screen is fairly large and clear, which makes it easy to see while driving, and I liked that I could finally connect my phone for calls and music without any wires. It also plays music from USB sticks and memory cards, which is handy for my old favorites, and the radio picks up stations well around Atlanta.
- Cons: Setting it up was a bit tricky for someone like me who's not too tech-savvy—the instructions weren't very clear, and it seems to freeze sometimes when I'm scrolling. The sound quality is just okay, not as rich as I hoped, and I had to buy a separate camera for backing up, which added to the cost.
