i picked this up from the store and it was convenient got it home and set it up easily as a brand loyalist i trust this brand but had some issues at first the coffee stayed hot for hours which solved my problem of cold coffee but after a few weeks i noticed the carafe could be better insulated the solution was to preheat it a bit but it's not perfect my takeaway is it's decent for the cost but could be improved maybe i could be wrong but it's a solid choice if you're on a budget
- Pros: the insulated carafe keeps coffee hot for ages which is super handy for my busy mornings and the digital timer lets me wake up to a fresh brew without any fuss cleaning is easy with the wide mouth and the spout pours without any drips so no messes on my shirt
- Cons: one small gripe is that the brew basket is only safe for the top rack of the dishwasher which feels a bit limiting and the overall build could be sturdier for the price
