i bought this for my 2014 camry after getting tired of the old stock unit, and it's been a game-changer. installation was pretty straightforward—just plugged it in and it worked right away, no cutting wires or anything. i've been using it for a couple of months now, and it's held up great. the interface is intuitive, so i can easily switch between radio and maps without taking my eyes off the road for too long. as someone who loves taking photos and videos on road trips, having a reliable system to play music and guide me has made those drives way more fun. my partner even commented on how much nicer the car feels now. it's not perfect, but for the price, it's an extremely solid upgrade that i'd recommend to anyone looking to modernize their ride without breaking the bank. :)
- Pros: the screen is super responsive and makes everything feel modern, it fits perfectly in my camry without any hassle, and the sound quality is way better now, especially with my existing speakers. navigation is smooth and it really cuts down on distractions while driving, making my commute much more enjoyable.
- Cons: it was kinda annoying that it didn't come with super detailed instructions, so i had to figure some things out on my own, and sometimes the touch can be a bit too sensitive, which is a minor gripe but noticeable. also, it might not be the absolute best for super high-end audio setups, but for most people, it's extremely good.
