They’ve fitted into each other’s lives seamlessly following their whirlwind romance and marriage.

And for Rupert Murdoch, 86, and wife Jerry Hall, 60, it was a case of happy families as they walked the red carpet together at the film premiere of The Forgotten Man, in London, on Friday.

The media mogul, worth an estimated $12billion, wrapped a loving arm around former model Jerry and another around 13-year-old daughter Chloe, as they sauntered in to watch the critically acclaimed film about a troubled young actor from London.

Dressed in an elegant mid-length evening dress, Jerry looked resplendent in dark colours which complemented her sun kissed skin tone.

Adorning herself with a pearl and gold necklace, Jerry’s dark blonde tresses flowed past her shoulders.

Matching her handbag to her outfit, Jerry finished her ensemble with statement gold pumps.

Rupert looked dapper in a tailored blue suit with classic style lapels and an open collar crisp white shirt.

Choosing comfort over style, he added a pair of smart black trainers instead of brogues and finished his look with his trademark rectangular frames.

The marriage is the fourth for Murdoch and the second for Hall, who had a long relationship with Sir Mick Jagger.

The couple, who have 10 children between them, met in Australia in August 2015, when Jerry was touring Down Under with a production of The Graduate.

They were introduced by Penny Fowler, a niece of Murdoch’s sister Janet, and ‘got on immediately’.

Their relationship was made public when they were seen for the first time together at the Rugby World Cup final at Twickenham in London.

Rupert proposed over Christmas 2015 and they spent New Year’s Eve on a yacht in the Caribbean with some of their children, announcing their engagement – via a £324 advert in The Times.

Murdoch was previously married to Wendi Deng, mother to two of his children, but they split in June 2013.

Their break-up came amid reports about her infatuation with former Prime Minister Tony Blair.
