Editor’s Notebook: Get more from your newspaper – Kane County Chronicle
Each week, many of our readers have this newspaper delivered to their home, while others may pick up the paper at a local convenience store.
Either way, there are additional ways to get more from your newspaper.
We offer several types of emails that readers can receive. One is a morning update email that includes our top headlines of the day. Another is a breaking news email that – as the name implies – is used to alert our readers to breaking news.
You can sign up to receive both of those emails at www.kcchronicle.com/email.
In addition, readers can sign up for several different types of text messages. Visit www.kcchronicle.com and click on “Text Alerts” in the top toolbar and you can sign up to obtain texts about breaking news, severe weather and more. Message and data rates apply.
