“My idea of fashion is a very different one to most,” Osbourne told the New York Post at John Paul Ataker’s show during New York Fashion Week. “I don’t want to follow trends – ever.”
She continued: “I don’t want to be the prettiest girl in the room. I don’t want to be the funniest or the smartest. I just want to be me and do what makes me as happy and creative as I possibly can be in whatever project that I’m doing.”
Osbourne – who left E!’s Fashion Police in February as it weathered a storm of controversy – told The Post she is working on a new TV fashion project with Oscar-winning film producer Harvey Weinstein.
The 30-year-old is also set to judge Lifetime’s upcoming spinoff Project Runway Junior, alongside Project Runway season 4 winner Christian Siriano and Cosmopolitan and Seventeen magazine executive fashion editor Aya Kanai. First Lady Michelle Obama will also appear in the competition show.
