President Donald Trump on Thursday retweeted a series of images that shows Trump’s photo shifting over to cover a photo of former President Barack Obama, with the caption “THE BEST ECLIPSE EVER!”

The message, a retweet from a self-described YouTube actor named Jerry Travone, comes after Trump in recent days has bounced between speeches – at times calling for unity and condemning bigotry and, like Tuesday night at a Phoenix rally, giving more aggressive addresses.

Trump is still facing significant backlash, including from Republicans, for his response to the violent clashes at a Charlottesville, Virginia, white supremacist rally. The president doubled down on his claim that “both sides” were to blame for the skirmishes that left one woman dead and said some of the people who participated in the neo-Nazi protest were “very fine” people.

Trump on Thursday morning also attacked the media for multiple articles that captured his dramatically shifting tone.

“The Fake News is now complaining about my different types of back to back speeches. Well, their was Afghanistan (somber), the big Rally (enthusiastic, dynamic and fun) and the American Legion – V.A. (respectful and strong). To bad the Dems have no one who can change tones!” Trump wrote in two tweets.
